Dangerous Grade Crossing in Ohio

Grade crossings are arguably the most dangerous encounters that motorists can encounter. Most are located with adequate visibility for motorists with a few exceptions. In this case, the crossing gate on one side the of the overhead track is actually for the track on the other side. Kind of confusing, but due to impaired visibility, it requires 3 crossing gates instead of 2.

This crossing is located in Ohio on the State Line Road in Hicksville.

Grade crossings are notorious for catching semi truck drivers off guard and hanging up their rigs on the tracks.
