Triple Header On Cumbres & Toltec RR

Denver & Rio Grande #’s 484,487 and 488 put on quite a display while traversing the beautiful back country of New Mexico and Colorado on their way to Chama, New Mexico .

The states of New Mexico and Colorado purchased the Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad in 1970 and renamed it the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railraod.
