Located in the Tehachapi Pass area of California, these GE Dash 8-40BW locomotives displayed the Santa Fe War Bonnet paint scheme common for Santa Fe back in the early 90’s.

The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway originally ordered 83 of these GE locomotives to serve the cities of Atchison and Topeka, Kansas, and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
