Nothing Wrong With These Tracks …..

The Napoleon, Defiance &; Western Railroad #105 works its way over swamp land!

Much of the 53 mile long stretch of rail is built over swamp ground and is in a poor state of repair. The current rated load capacity of the track is supposed to be 263,000 lbs.

This time lapse video illustrates how out of whack these tracks are and still function!

The Napoleon, Defiance & Western Railroad, a subsidiary of Pioneer Railcorp, runs the line between Woodburn, Indiana and Liberty Center, Ohio.
