Painting locomotive #6920 involved 26 Norfolk Southern employees plus 66 gallons of paint/primer over a 112 hour period!

Norfolk Southern’s number 6920 locomotive is painted RED , WHITE and BLUE to honor all military veterans, especially those who work for the railroad!

Norfolk Southern employs some 4200 employees of which approximately 15% are veterans or members of the National Guard and Reserves.
