Grade crossings are the bane of truck drivers all over the country.

There is something deceptive about the cleareance needed to get their loads across the tracks. More often than not, it seems they want to “go for it” and get penalized by the physics involved.

It doesn’t matter if its semi’s, fire trucks, busses, septic trucks, or recreational vehicles, they all get caught.
In this case it was a concrete beam that caused this massive derailment and sent two people to the hospital.
