Big Boy 4014 Takes On A tree

Big Boy hits fallen tree on the tracks. Breaks front cylinder.
Big Boy #4014 continued its Northern California tour after using its onboard repair shop.
One of the baggage cars serves as full tool shop with the equipment to fix just about any break down that might occur.
Big Boy #4014 was eventually able to continue it’s “Westward Bound Tour” towards the Donner Pass after about a 3 hour delay.
Of the 25 Big Boys that were built, all but 8 were scrapped, unfortunately.
